Favorite NaNoWriMo Spreadsheet

I found a link to my favorite NaNoWriMo spreadheet. I’m not sure of the true source.
Its a Microsoft Excel formatted spreadsheet that is a great tool for keeping track of your NaNoWriMo progress.
